STORY GUIDELINES:

1. Recorded voice mail stories should not be longer than 5 minutes.
2. Do not use inappropriate language
3. Speak clearly so others will understand you
4. Please submit only original stories
5. All stories will be reviewed by our staff before being published

When you’re finished recording, simply hang up and your story will be sent to us for review. For those who are calling from outside the United States, the country code is +1.
